Utensils:
Pan or iron wok
Spice blender or coffee grinder
Wooden or Silicone spatula
Ingredients for roasting:
- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 1tbs cumin seeds
- 1tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1-2 strands fresh curry leaves
- 1/4 cup Chana dal
- 1/4 cup Urad dal
- 10-12 whole black pepper
- 5-6 Kashmiri dry chillies
- 4-5 spicy dried chillies
Powdered ingredients:
- 1tsp asafetida powder
- 1tbs Kashmiri red chilly powder
- 1tsp turmeric powder
