Who says Tofu (extra firm) is bland.... if you dice them into cubes or so, use a good wok or a non stick pan, toss some garlic and some scallions in a well heated wok with a table spoon or 2 sesame oil you bet it will hold its shape. Once they get golden from all sides add some dark soy sauce and some good chili sauce you are good to go. Serve it hot with some noodles or just snack on them. What a tasty way to have your proteins.

Ingredients:
- Extra Firm TOFU
- 1 bunch Scallions/ Spring onions
- 1tbs drk Soy Sauce
- 1tsp red chili flakes
- 1tsp sesame seeds
- 1tbs finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbs chopped fresh garlic
- 1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbs Toasted Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Utensils:
- Iron wok
- Steel Spatula
- Cutting board
Cut the Extra Firm Tofu gently into bite size cubes. Marinate it soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, toasted sesame oil, ginger and garlic and salt for about 10 minutes.
In the meanwhile, heat the iron wok to screaming hot. Add your TOFU and use your spatula to toss them well and gently without breaking them in the heat. Once roasted get them into a serving bowl, add chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds and garnish with chopped scallions.
This recipe is so quick and easy can be put together with handful of ingredients.
Serve them along side your main coarse or snack on them. They are delicious eitherways!!!
