Authentic Garam Masala - "An heirloom recipe treasured for centuries"

 

This spice blend is by far the most adored and sweared by my maternal families for centuries. It is such a beautiful marriage of more than Ten bold spices all proportionately blended, roasted and treasured in our family kitchens by our grandmas, grandaunts and moms. I have been following all my moms recipes for a long long time very fondly. I want to carry forward this love of bold Indian spices and make it my kitchen staple. So it's only fair to say it's my 'heirloom spice blend’.

Now I am extending this recipe to you in the form of sample jars. These are 4oz glass jars which will save spice freshness for a good year.
